AFS: Away from Scale

I'll be AFS (away from scale) on my regular weigh in day, January 22nd. So my next official Medifast weigh in will be January 29th when I return from my business trip/vacation. My current BMI is 30.8 which is only 0.8 away from being overweight instead of obese.

That's okay though. I'm trying not to dwell on weight as much as I am my measurements. I measured myself on January 15th and found I had lost another 5 inches. That's a total of 24.5 inches lost in 13 weeks. If you want to count the pounds, I've lost 45 pounds too.

Upper Arms: - 1.0 inch
Chest (just under the arms): no change
Chest (just under the nipples): - 1.0 inches
Waist: - 2.5 inches
Hips: no change
Thighs: - 1.0 inches
