Am I a Real Person?
There is a post on a newsgroup somewhere implying that I'm not a real person behind this blog. Someone who has no knowledge whatsoever about Medifast is proposing that my blog is an example of a drug company faking a personal identity. I'd like this person to personally contact me, because I cannot determine how to comment back to the newsgroup in which I found the inaccurate remarks.
First of all, I am a real person on the Medifast Diet since October 9, 2006. I am not employed by Medifast Inc. But ... I wish! Especially since I learned that Medifast was voted #28 in Forbes Top 200 best small companies to work for! :)
Nor would Medifast have any reason to fake anything in my opinion. There are literally thousands of people losing weight on this diet every day who are eager to tell their real stories.
Secondly, Medifast is not a drug at all. Period. A little bit of research is all it takes to determine the composition of their food products. Or just ask someone who's on the diet whether it contains drugs.
Third, if anyone reading this blog post is on the Medifast Diet, please leave a comment below so this person and others who are looking for real life stories from real people on this diet can be educated about the success you've experienced. All I ask is that your comments are respectful and to the point.
Enough said ....

Typical comment made by someone who doesn't know any better. I've lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks on Medifast, so I agree. MF doesn't have to fake anything.
