Best Time for Medifast Lean and Green Meal

Finding the best time to eat your Medifast Lean and Green meal depends on your lifestyle. From my own personal experience I think I've found the best time for me. I'm not getting as hungry through the day now and I'm still losing weight - maybe even more!

When I first started the Medifast Diet over 2 months ago, I was eating my largest meal, the Lean and Green meal for dinner around 6pm.

One day I was going to be in a situation where it was not possible to eat my Lean and Green that late, so I moved it up to the 3pm afternoon meal, and I have been eating it at that time ever since.

My body seems to respond better with the feeling of being full most of the time when I eat the largest meal earlier. This surprised me because I've been eating my largest meal all of my life at dinner and sometimes as late as 8pm.

But then again I've been overweight or obese most of my life, so this too is just another lesson I've learned from Medifast. I'd suggest to everyone on Medifast who gets hungry while on the diet to try changing your Lean and Green meal to an earlier time if you are eating it late and see how your body responds.

Of course, everyone is different and so our are lifestyles, but it is working well for me and having my largest, highest calorie meal earlier in the day gives me more time through the rest of my day to burn it off.
