Don't Feel Thinner This Week
Unlike the last two weeks, I feel different my third week into the Medifast Diet. I feel great, don't get me wrong. But I don't feel like I've lost any more weight. For that reason alone, I'm a little apprehensive about my weigh in on Monday.
The first two weeks of being on the Medifast Diet, I felt like I had lost far more weight than I actually did. I also felt thinner, if you know what I mean. This week has been a little different. I still have a great deal of energy and I still have moments of hunger, but the hunger usually passes after I drink a glass of water or when I eat my next Medifast meal.
I've been sticking to the plan 99% this week. One day this week, I thought I had drank all 8 glasses of water plus 2 more, but when I counted the empty bottles the next morning, that wasn't true. It seems I only drank 6 glasses and I'm still not sure how that happened.
Time will tell. I have 2-1/2 days until weigh in and you'll know as soon as I know whether I lost any more weight.
