Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail
If you fail to plan, you have planned to fail. Proactively pre-plan your meals every day so your weight loss program is a success! See below on how I often preplan to make my Medifast meals more mobile.

Medifast Muffins
In the photo above you'll see my latest baking project. I made 3 dozen Medifast Muffins from the Medifast oatmeal (see my Medifast recipes). Some of them I froze for future needs. They pack nicely in a Hefty snack-sized plastic baggie for individual meals and to ensure portion control.

Medifast Shakes
I love the Medifast Ready to Drink Shakes, but they come in a carton premixed. Since I like to reflavor my Medifast shakes sometimes, I premix my own Medifast shakes in bulk (see photo above). All I do is premix 3 or 4 shakes at a time in the blender, add the flavoring, and pour into 8-ounce empty water bottles (check your local grocery store). It's important to only premix 3 or 4 shakes at a time in the blender and on low speed. The shakes foam when blended and you'll need to let them settle a bit before pouring the shake mixture into the bottles.
The more you preplan your meals based on your daily activities, the more you ensure success on the program!

These are great ideas!! Thanks for the pictures. What kind of muffins are in the picture and what size pan did you bake them in? Thanks for all you do.

Hi Karen. I use a mini-muffin silicone baking pan. It makes 8 mini-muffins at a time. I bought it at Walmart. The flavors of these Medifast Muffins are Chocolate Almond, Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Raspberry. Yummm :)
