Fast Weight Loss
Never before have I lost more weight and feel that I can keep it off as I have since I've been on the Medifast Diet. In nearly 10 weeks I have lost 31 pounds. I have seldom been hungry, and I feel like I'm always eating. The food is far better than I imagined.
