As a Take Shape For Life certified health coach since 2007, today I will do what I do every day and that is pick a person, and save their life. This program with my loving/caring support does just that and although it is exciting to watch people change in every area of their life, it is also humbling to watch LIFE (body/mind/finances) unfold in ways never thought possible.
