Defragged

In all sincerity I was skeptical at first. That's a natural human instinct. As I mentioned I've tried many diet foods in the past 30 years and was generally disappointed in most. Perhaps I over-prepared myself for the worst when I committed to the Medifast Diet, but I don't think so.

The taste of Medifast food is far better than any diet food I've ever tried. You'll want to be realistic though when you approach any type of diet food. There is no way for a diet company to mimic the same taste as the real food and make sure you are getting the protein and nutrients you need which the real food likely doesn't provide anyway. If there were a way to do this then every diet company would be doing it and most Americans wouldn't be overweight or obese.

I've now been on the Medifast Diet for 10 weeks and as of today, I have lost 33 pounds. So the food can't be too bad or it wouldn't be easy for me and people like me to lose weight. I mean, if you take a look at all the Medifast Recipes I've created from Medifast food, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how different this diet is compared to others you've seen or tried.
