I've Reached My Weight Loss Goal!
My weight has been wavering between a half pound and a pound for a couple weeks. So this morning when I stepped on the scale, I was not expecting to see much of a change. Of course I wasn't quite awake yet, so I thought my eyes might be playing tricks on me. I had reached my goal weight on July 7, 2007 ... WOW!
Somehow it doesn't seem possible that it has been over 9 months since I started the Medifast program. One of the things I remember back in October 2006 was that I had been kicking myself that I hadn't started sooner ... like in July 2006 when I first discovered Medifast. I could have been that much closer to my weight goal.
The one piece of advice I'd give all of my clients is ... "Don't wait. Do it now!" There will always be holidays, vacations, parties and other special events in our lives. So there really isn't any best time.
Not to toot my own horn, but thinking back, I made it through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, my brother's sudden death, Easter, two vacations (one in Las Vegas and one in Florida), four business trips, July 4th holiday and dozens of family gatherings/parties. Phew! Now that's a lot of "stuff" that could have got in my way of making the ultimate decision to lose weight and get healthier.
If I can do this, anyone can. I know that you don't know me personally, so let me just tell you a secret about me that you may not know: "I don't have super human willpower abilities." I'm just an average 47 year old woman that had a sedentary lifestyle and didn't pay a bit of attention to what or how I was eating. I think I just described the typical American woman that is overweight, right? Your results can be the same. All you need is the desire to lose the weight once and for all and the commitment to yourself to change the way you think about food.
And the good news is that you get me as your Health Coach - free! That's right! I've been there and done it. I've experienced the same yo-yo dieting disappointments as you and have been loyal to the Medifast program for over 9 months resulting in rapid weight loss. I've lost 85 pounds and I feel great.
Please contact me if you are thinking about starting the Medifast program - before you order your Medifast food. Together we can determine if this program is right for you and our plan of attack to get you to your ideal weight. I can help and my service to you is free. You simply order your Medifast meals through me and Take Shape For Life (a division of Medifast) pays me for coaching you. Purchasing your meals through me is the same price/shipping as you'd pay through Medifast. But I can offer you recurring monthly discounts on your meals and my free coaching service. After all, I've done it and can help you do it too.
Do it now! Don't wait ... once you start, you'll always wish you had started sooner!
