Medifast Beef Vegetable Stew

I just ate a bowlful of Medifast's new Beef Vegetable Stew for my noon meal today. Oh dear ... it is heavy and filling. The stew alone is great, but I improvised a little. Of course. You didn't think I wouldn't? ;)

Medifast Diet beef vegetable stew with green beans

I took 1/2 cup of green beans which was goiing to be part the Green portion of my evening meal, and I mixed it into the Medifast Diet Beef Vegetable Stew. Yummy. With the larger vegetables in the stew, it made it seem even more like homemade.
