Medifast Brownies

This recipe tastes purely sinful. You'll swear you just went off your Medifast Diet, but it's completely legal. Imagine taking a brownie and a no-bake cookie and combining them. That's the taste you get in Defragged's Medifast Brownies.

medifast brownies recipes

2 packets Medifast Chocolate Pudding
2 packets Medifast Hot Cocoa
2 tablespoons Davinci Peanut Butter Sugar Free Syrup
2 tablespoons Davinci Chocolate Syrup
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup non-fat milk

Put all ingredients into a small saucepan. Stir until peanut butter melts over medium heat. The batter will be thick and will stick together forming a dough ball that is easily scrapped from the sides of the pan.

Pour dough into an air-tight container and pack tightly. Refrigerate for a couple hours until set. Cut into 4 equal serving sizes.

Yield: 4 servings (4 Medifast meals and 4 Medifast snacks)

OMG! I just ate a serving of this brownie! It tastes so real. Excellent recipes, Defragged!!!! Thanks for sharing it with us. It is now on my weekly list of MF food to make.

I can't wait to try this.. I am making it tonight. To be sure...We can only have 1 (one) daily because of the peanut butter? ooohhhh, I hope I can spread these over 4 days.. the temptation!

Hey Shawn. You are correct. One Medifast brownie a day because the peanut butter counts as your daily Medifast snack. I'll be making this recipe again in a couple days, and I'm going to leave out the peanut butter to see if the consistency is similar. Another option would be to put in half of the peanut butter so you could then eat it twice a day. In all honesty, this is the best recipe I've made yet. It's devilishly delicious.

Okay. I tried this recipe tonight with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and it was YUM! I have never tried it with 4 tablespoons so I don't know what it is "supposed" to taste like...But, I liked it alot! Thanks for the new creation, it hit the SPOT!

I can't wait to see your pictures, you are doing SO GREAT!
