Medifast Crackers using Soup
Medifast Question ... "I made one large cracker using your Pizza Crust recipe. It was great! I'm wondering if the other soups would make equally good crackers. Have you tried any others besides the Medifast Cream of Broccoli soup?" ~ Debbie
My Answer ... "Hi Debbie. I've made crackers with the all the Medifast soups except for the beef stew and chili (not YET anyway). They were very good, IMO. To see if your tastes buds agree, try using one packet of soup, one teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of basil (optional). If you don't like it, then you'll know not to make it again and you won't be wasting an additional packet of soup. You can bake it according to my Medifast Pizza Crust recipe or fry it in a skillet. I've been forming them into oval shapes as they bake or fry so they fit nicely in a Ziploc snack-size baggie. They make excellent on-the-go Medifast meals just like the Medifast muffins. I hope this helps you!" ~Defragged

Great idea! I hadn't found much use for the Broccoli cream soup. I'll have to try the crackers tonight. Thanks for continuing the great posts!
