Medifast Diet Weigh In
I've got great news again. Much to my surprise I lost another 4 pounds last week on the Medifast Diet. This is up a half pound from the week before. I made a few changes in my weekly schedule, which might attribute to the weigh loss increase.
I've noticed that many folks on the Medifast Diet seem to decrease in total weight loss pounds as they go from week to week, and I full expected to do the same.
However, last week I increased my water intake by 4 more glasses each day, did three 15 minute workouts on my recumbent stationary bike in addition to the 2 miles I walk each day, and for two days instead of eating a Medifast bar, I drank a shake or ate oatmeal instead which is lower in calories. I don't know how long I can keep this pace, but I'm sure going to give it a good try again this week.
I should also mention that for four days last week I had a Medifast snack, Soy Crisps or 2 teaspoons of creamy Jiff peanut butter in a vanilla Medifast shake, which I had not done before. And I still lost 4 pounds. Medifast is great and I feel so good too.
If you look at the right column of my website's homepage you'll see My Medifast Diet Progress. Instead of writing a whole new blog entry every week to report my weight loss, I'll simply be updating this chart. This should make it easy to see my progress.
