What is a custom Medifast order?

There are two types of Medifast orders:

1. Custom orders - This means you can pick and choose which Medifast foods you would like to purchase. It takes 20-22 boxes of Medifast meals for 4 weeks on the program. If you sign up with me as a new Take Shape For Life client, you can get $25.00 OFF your first order as long as the order is over $75.00. It does not matter whether you are currently on the Medifast program. Because you would be a new client that I would be coaching. You would then place future orders through me or my Take Shape For Life website to get reoccurring discounts and earn referral bonuses which can amount to a substantial discount.
2. 4-week Variety Pack - This prepacked shipment contains 20 boxes which consists of shakes, bars, oatmeal, soup, pudding, drinks and a free shaker jar. Plus you'll get a pack of 3 free samples of other Medifast meals. Shipping is free and you'll get another 7 full days of FREE food for the first two months. The cost is lower on a variety pack because they are already prepacked at the distribution center.

Shipping Times: Take Shape For Life vs. Medifast

Take Shape For Life is owned by Medifast and is located in Owings Mills, Maryland right next to the Medifast office. Both companies' shipments leave the same distribution center so shipping times are the same.

Since you would be ordering your Medifast meals through me, my services to you as a Health Advisor or coach is completely FREE. I can be any type of coach you wish or need to keep you on plan: supportive friend, advisor or drill sergeant, and we can communicate by phone (long distance charges at my expense) or by email.
