My Husband Lost 11+ Pounds on Medifast

For anyone interested in losing 20 pounds or less on Medifast, my husband's goal was to lose 10 pounds. He followed the plan exactly and lost 11.5 pounds in 2 weeks. On his third week, he started the transition phase and lost another 1.5 pounds.

The Medifast Transition program has four phases. He is now in the second phase and will weigh himself again this Sunday (today is Tuesday, as I write this article). The Medifst Transition plan slowly allows him to increase the amount of regular healthy foods he eats and decreases the number of Medifast meal replacements in a day. He will be in transition longer than he was actually in the weight loss phase of Medifast. That's good though because it will ensure that he keeps the weight off and he's learning in the process how much he can eat without gaining weight.

Mike is quite pleased with his progress, and although he could have lost weight by other methods, it would have surely taken him longer and would have been frustrating for him. Even if you have less than 20 pounds to lose, Medifast just might be the answer. Contact me and we'll discuss whether Medifast is right for you.
