My Medifast Diet Food
Well, it all starts in less than 36 hours. My life will be changing forever when I start on the Medifast Diet. My health will hopefully get back to normal and all will be well in the Land of Defragged. I'm happy and excited, yet apprehensive. Here's a photo of the unpacked box with all the pre-measured, pre-determined food. This is what I will be eating for the next 30 days.
Plus I get to eat 5-7 ounces of meat and salad with specific vegetables once a day. How much easier could it be unless I had a maid and someone to feed me?
It might not look all that exciting, but you know what? It will be a welcome change for me. I won't have to think anymore about what I should be eating, how I'm going to fix it, and how much I should eat. No more measuring, weighing food, counting calories, counting fat, counting carbs, and yada yada.
I'm to the point I don't really care what it tastes like. I'm still going to eat it and fake my brain out by pretending I like it. ;)
So tomorrow will be my last day of being fat with body, joint aches and pains, foot problems, ankle problems, herniated disk problems, unable to sleep, pinched nerves, leg cramps and knee pain. All this pain will soon be over.
So long pain and fat. Hello a new me who will soon be able to do things I haven't been able to do in over 6 years.
