Most of my Medifast Friends are people just like me who are new to the Medifast Diet and are looking for a support buddy. Most of them have joined the program about the same time I did. Medifast makes it easy to see who has recently joined and buddy up with them for support if you want. This only means we check in on each other from time to time to see how we are doing and exchange our ideas and triumps. There are no huge time commitments. It's all at your own pace.

Like I said in an earlier post, I have been designing websites myself for over 10 years. I have been surfing the web since early 1995, and the MyMedifast site is without question the easiest site to navigate. And it loads fast for people on slow dialup connections. That just shows me that Medifast realizes that all people are different and not all people have or cannot get high speed internet like the commercial ads would like you to believe.

Anyway, kudos to my Medifast Friends over at MyMedifast. You guys are awesome, and I'm glad to be taking the Medifast ride with each of you. If you need anything, give me a shout.

That's cool! I'd love to buddy up with you as a Medifast support friend. If you are new to the Medifast Diet, you'll need to create a MyMedifast account. Then sign in and go to the Community tab and then to "My Friends". Click on "Add a New Friend" button on the left side of the My Friends page. My username is "defrag" so search on my username and send me an invitation. I'll accept your invitation, and then we'll be Medifast Friends, so we can support each other through the entire process.
