Medifast Measurements Progress
It's been 2 months since I measured myself. I have intentionally avoided it since being on the Medifast Diet. I was saving the occasion until I reached a plateau which hasn't yet happened. However, I couldn't stand the suspense any longer. My clothes are too big, and I'm now wearing sweaters, t-shirts, jeans and pants that I haven't been able to wear in over 6 years.
I'm happy to report an overall loss of 19.5 inches, and I've only been on Medifast for approximately 9 weeks. Here's the summarized breakdown:
Upper Arms: - 1.5 inches
Chest (just under the arms): - 3.0 inches
Chest (just under the nipples): - 4.0 inches
Waist: - 5.5 inches
Hips: - 3.5 inches
Thighs: - 2.0 inches
The area with the most weight loss is my waist as you can see. I'm surprised because my hips would have been the area that I felt I had lost the most inches because my pants hang on me. Before long I won't be able to wear any of my old pants at all or they'll simply fall down! LOL ... Isn't that cool?
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the progress I've made on the Medifast Diet. It is certainly the most effectively, quickest, and easiest diet I have ever tried in the last 30 years. And trust me, I've tried almost all of them.
