Nearly 5 Years Ago I Made a Decision

This was me in 2004. My 5 year anniversary in making the decision to change my health will be this October 9th. I've never looked back. When this photo was taken 7 years ago I had no idea how my health (body & mind) as well as my finances would change. It has been the most incredible journey. I'm excited, appreciative, passionate and humbled to be able to help others do what I did.
