Hi! Since I'm new you know I have all the stupid questions. How many of these can I use at once and stay in plan? And would I use them just in the shakes? By the way, I tried a few of your recipes and they were scrumptious! Thanks for all the great ideas; you make staying on this plan much easier. The chocolate pies were the highlight of my first week on MF! Thanks again!

Hi Nohely. No question is stupid; not to worry. Capella's Flavor Drops do not contain sweeteners of any kind and they have 0 carbs/calories/fat. I've not officially asked Nutrition Support, but I'd guess that the Flavor Drops should be used like any other flavoring extract which is up to 2 tablespoons a day which is far more than you'd ever need because Flavor Drops are highly concentrated compared to standard extracts you'd buy in the store. I use them in just about everything: shakes, pudding, oatmeal, muffins, other recipes, etc.
I have been in contact with Capella's owner for several months now and have asked for some specific flavors so I can wave my magic Medifast wand to create some new scrumptious Medifast recipes. The good news is that Capella's is definitely working on them! :)
