I had several tests run before I started Medifast and will go back next month to my doctor for a regular checkup. My sister and her husband both ordered Medifast yesterday and will be starting next week. My sister is diabetic and also takes several medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety, etc. and she will definitely be seeing her doctor regularly to have tests run so that her medications can be adjusted as she loses weight on Medifast. And she will need them adjusted, because Medifast is just that good at helping people get healthier and lose weight too.

I'm not going to lie to you. The first week is the hardest and you might get hungry for a couple of days but it is also the biggest adjustment time for your body. Your body will need to get used to eating 6 meals a day spaced evenly apart, getting the daily vitamins it needs through the Medifast food, and the consumption of lots of water.
