The Medifast Diet Rocks!

Okay, I know I didn't post anything yesterday, but hey ... it was a strange day even without going on a new diet. But I do have some good news. If the scale wasn't telling white lies this morning I dropped more weight on the Medifast Diet then I've ever done before in just one day.

So just to be sure that the planets weren't crossing paths or magnetic energy fields weren't intercepting the scale's reading, {grin} I'm going to weigh myself again tomorrow morning and see if what I saw was real or wishful thinking. Awww.... sorry to put you in suspense, but I have to be sure before I announce any miracles. I want this to be an honest review of my progress with the Medifast Diet so other people like me can judge for themselves if it will work for them.

About Medifast Food

Honestly, if I can eat the Medifast Diet food anyone can. It really isn't that bad and not nearly as nasty as some shake brands I've tried in the past.

It's about my supper time and tonight I'm having a turkey burger (just the meat) and a cup of steamed cauliflower. Later on I'll have a Medifast Pudding which is pretty darn good too.

So far this hasn't been that bad. I don't know what it will be like to do this for weeks, but you and I will both find out soon.

The Medifast bars are awesome especially the Carmel Nut. I'm only allowed one bar a day though, and I can understand why. I'd be eating them all up quickly. They are good - no kidding.

Medifast's Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal is great. Especially when I lightly sprinkled a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg on it. Yum...

The funkiest thing so far I've tried is the Blueberry Oatmeal. It left an odd after taste but nothing too bad that I couldn't tolerate it.

Time to say goodnight and head off for supper. One thing I am looking forward to tomorrow is getting on that scale. Wow ... that's something I never thought I'd ever hear myself think, type or say.
