Clearly the last two years have been the best of my life and has moved me away from high stress, poor health, and the inability to do many day-to-day activities that I loved. Things that I really dreamed about doing from the bottom of my heart didn't appear that they would ever be part of my life.

Fast forward two years later ... This year I've traveled more than I have been home. It has been a dream job turned reality. Yes, I'm working when I travel, but I'm sharing my story with others, teaching everything who wants to know about how to effectively and safely lose weight, keep the weight off for life, and become financially secure as a TSFL business coach. In other words, I'm helping them re-claim their life so they too can live a better quality life. How fun is that?!

To me there is no better job in the world than watching a human being transform into the person they know deep down inside that they are (or used to be) but the stresses in life and misinformation about health derailed them off track, and they just didn't know how to get out of the runt and get back in the game called ultra life.

And since TSFL is not a territorial business like brick and mortar stores/clinics, I effectively coach clients and train health coaches from all over the country by phone, teleconferencing and webinars. Yes, I travel and do on-site trainings across the country with my health coaches but I do it because it's fun. When everyone has fun it creates a win-win, secure environment for everyone.

My husband has now joined me in the TSFL business and we are working full-time together to raise awareness with everyone and anyone who truly wants happiness ... You can be happy, secure and serve others with integrity and sincerity. We've done it, and we've helped 1000s do it since we became Take Shape For Life health coaches and business leaders.

No sales pitch - ever. We do not sell - never have and never will. A health coach from our team (often times it will be me or my husband) will tell you the facts about the program, tell you our story, help you determine if your needs matches what the program offers, and let YOU make the decision if this program is right for you.

At the end of our conversation with you, we will set up a follow up appointment by phone generally within 24-48 hours, if you need more time to think about what you want to create in your life.

Then we will ask you one final question: "Are You Ready to Change Your Life?"

1) Help you get to a healthy BMI weight by providing you quality, caring coaching using the Take Shape For Life program and the Medifast meal replacements. Our professional coaching service is free to you.

2) The "healthy body" process will naturally create healthier thoughts (healthy mind) for you. Healthier thoughts results in positive emotions. Positive emotions will create those things in your life that YOU TRULY want for yourself and your family.

3) Optional: If you are passionate about the TSFL program, want to help others change their life (give them the chance to look directly into the eyes of HOPE just like you have experienced), I will teach you everything I know about how to grow a successful Take Shape For Life business.
