Wardrobe Must Have: Spanx

Last month I wrote about a panty hose brand that made women look thinner, Spanx. Spanx makes a Hi-Rise Smoother that is a wardrobe must have through the weight loss and maintenance phases of Medifast. They help hide that unsightly, stubborn belly bulge. I have an appointment with my chiropractor next week to see if he can recommend a back-friendly isometric exercise to crunch away the belly fat without injuring my herniated disk. Until the belly fat comes off though, my secret weapon against belly fat is Spanx Hi-Rise Smoother!
