Weight Loss Motivation: 10 Things I Look Forward to Doing
Since it's a new year, and I'm shrinking into a new body, I thought I'd compile a list of things that I'm personally looking forward to doing once I reach my goal weight. Perhaps my list will help you stay motivated with Medifast too. I know it sure helped me especially after I posted it on my refrigerator door. It seemed to be a natural appetite suppressant for me.
- feeling in control of what I'm eating and how much
- the freedom of not thinking about food all the time
- feeling confident that my food choices are nutritionally balanced and healthy
- participating in activities that would have been impossible for me to do without injury before my weight loss
- throwing away my big clothes forever and having room in my closet for a better selection of trendy clothes that are in style
- shopping in normal stores for normal sized clothing
- feeling comfortable in my clothes regardless of what I decide to wear
- easily fit in and get out of an airplane seat
- traveling more
- wearing a bathing suit - I haven't owned one in over 10 years!
