What is Onederland?
I received an email the other day from a new Medifast dieter asking me, "What is Onederland?" She had read my article, "Setting a Mini Goal" where I mention the term Onederland.
Let me explain, and I apologize for not doing it sooner. Onderland is when someone who is dieting goes from weighing 200 pounds or more down into the 100s. Usually it is when the weigh 199.9 pounds or less. It's a huge milestone for anyone especially someone who has a significant amount of weight to lose.
Onederland is my first mini goal and in case you didn't notice, I did not make it to Onederland this past Monday when I weighed myself. I am hoping that I will drop below 200 pounds by my next weigh in on December 18th. I've been on the Medifast Diet now for over 9 weeks and I'm truly pleased with my progress.
You can track my Medifast Diet Progress each week by checking the progress chart located on the right side of my website homepage. My weigh in day is Monday, and I usually have my weight loss posted before noon eastern time.
